Overstaying Balance

To help keep ParkNcharge chargers available for everyone, we are introducing the Overstaying Balance feature.

If your EV remains parked after your charging session ends, an overstaying fee of P200 per hour will apply.

The fee will first be deducted from your Charging Points. Once your Charging Points are depleted, any remaining overstaying fees will be added to your Overstaying Balance, which can be settled through a top-up.

Any outstanding Overstaying Balance must be fully settled before you can start your next charging session.

For example, if your Overstaying Balance is P200 and you top up P500, P200 will settle the overstaying fee, while the remaining P300 will be added to your Charging Points.

Kindly remove your EV promptly after charging to avoid additional fees and help other reserved users charge on time. Thank you for your cooperation!"
